About the event
The first of our monthly Summer Music Series takes place in the beauty of The Abriendo Inn's herbal gardens. Enjoy a cold pint of Walter's Beer or sip a delicious wine by 80twenty wines and the company of friends all while listening to the soothing sounds of beautiful music. The Abriendo Inn presents Music, Malt & Mead in The Garden featuring Cynthia Lynn, Shauna Smith, Sarah Wilson, and Matthew Diekman of "First String" from Colorado Springs, CO. Food truck(s) will be on site and payment at the bar for beer and wine will be cashless (credit card only).
"Cynthia Robindson has played first violin with the Colorado Springs Philharmonic since 1980. During that time she also enjoyed performing with celebrities in Colorado Springs and Denver, at Fiddler's Green, the Pepsi Center, the World Arena, and at the Red Rocks outdoor amphitheatre, including Smokey Robinson, Earth Wind & Fire, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Manhattan Transfer, John Denver, Dave Brubeck, George Benson, Nell Carter, Mannheim Steamroller, Judy Collins, Luciano Pavarotti, Chet Atkins, Michael Martin Murphy, Yo Yo Ma, Henry Mancini, Aaron Copland, Doc Severinsen, and Peter Nero."
